Your satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines our fair and transparent process for returns and exchanges.
✅ 1. Eligibility Criteria
We accept requests if:
- You received wrong/damaged/defective items
- Product is unused, in original packaging with tags
- Request initiated within 3 days of delivery
❌ 2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened cosmetics/personal care products
- Perishable or fragile goods
- Clearance sale items marked "non-returnable"
📦 3. Return Process
- Contact us within 3 days at contact.pihustore@gmail.com
- Share Order ID + images of issue
- We arrange pickup or provide return address
- Refund/exchange processed in 2-7 working days after inspection
🔄 4. Exchange Policy
- Only for same product (size/damage issues)
- Subject to stock availability
- Unavailable items will be refunded or converted to store credit
💸 5. Refund Methods
- Original payment mode (UPI/Card/Net Banking)
- Store credit (if preferred)
- COD orders refunded via bank transfer/UPI

- Pickup service not available in all areas
