✅ 1. Eligibility Criteria

We accept requests if:

  • You received wrong/damaged/defective items
  • Product is unused, in original packaging with tags
  • Request initiated within 3 days of delivery

❌ 2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened cosmetics/personal care products
  • Perishable or fragile goods
  • Clearance sale items marked "non-returnable"

📦 3. Return Process

  1. Contact us within 3 days at contact.pihustore@gmail.com
  2. Share Order ID + images of issue
  3. We arrange pickup or provide return address
  4. Refund/exchange processed in 2-7 working days after inspection

🔄 4. Exchange Policy

  • Only for same product (size/damage issues)
  • Subject to stock availability
  • Unavailable items will be refunded or converted to store credit

💸 5. Refund Methods

  • Original payment mode (UPI/Card/Net Banking)
  • Store credit (if preferred)
  • COD orders refunded via bank transfer/UPI

⚠ 6. Important Notes

  • Items must be unused with original packaging
  • Pickup service not available in all areas
  • We reserve right to reject non-compliant returns
